Product Description

Model: The AIG-150E-02 is a brushless DC controller specifically designed for lift doors.

Power & Input: It operates on a single-phase 220V input using a three-wire (telecommunications) wiring method.

System Compatibility: It is designed to work with brushless DC motors, specifically the MT02-WS-100W model.

Applications

Primary Use: The device serves as a sliding door controller.

Specific Settings: The system includes configurations for specific types of doors, such as medical gates (both encoder synchronous and DC brushless versions).

Environment: Compatible motors like the MT01-YC-43W are rated for operating temperatures between -20°C and 50°C.

Key Features

Status Monitoring: A digital tube display provides real-time feedback on the operating state, such as automatic door width measurement (A_c), normal opening (Uoo), and closing (Uco).

Customizable Parameters:

User Parameters (P-series): Allows adjustment of opening/closing speeds, automatic closing delay times, and anti-pinch torque.

Technician Parameters (F-series): Provides deeper control over motor pole pairs, reduction ratios, and advanced speed ring KP/KI settings for smooth acceleration and deceleration.

Torque Control: The controller manages various torque phases, including starting torque, anti-pinch torque, and holding torque once the door is in place.

Operation Modes: Supports primary-secondary models, emergency battery modes, and an aging demo mode for testing,

Safety Protections: The controller includes integrated blocking detection (sensitivity-adjustable) to identify when a door's path is obstructed.

Diagnostic Tools: A comprehensive troubleshooting system identifies specific faults, such as encoder/Hall failure (E02), overvoltage (E05), and motor overload (E18).

Operational Integrity: To ensure safety, the system requires professional installation, strict grounding of the earth wire, and the use of shielded cables for encoders to prevent interference.

Maintenance Features: The controller tracks accumulated working hours and allows for a "parameter recovery" to reset the device to factory defaults for specific gate types.
